Roving Photographer


Most photographers are supposed to be mobile. So what does the term ‘roving’ mean? It's basically being shifted from one place to another and term that we use to differentiate between the photobooth which typically stationed to just one area as compared to 'Roving Photography' where the photographers roam around the entire venue/area to capture images of your guests.  

So what do we do? Our fun, friendly and interactive photographer will mingle with the crowd to take great shots and actively roves around the venue to engages with your guests for pictures which are then wirelessly sent to our printers for printing. 

Our lovely assistant will find and distribute the photos to your guests or in most cases our photographer will simply informed your guests where to pick up their photos or direct them straightly on our dedicated printing station onsite.

Roving photographers have the ability to go straight to the heart of the action as they can literally be at the right place at the right time. We can capture the energy or emotion of your event whether it may be at the reception, dance floor, at the bar, on the stage, amidst the tables...we are there!

Each event is unique and is approached by our team with care. The design of the prints are inline with the theme of your event. 

We can also imprint your corporate branding or personal name on the design layout for approval giving you the flexibility for us to customized the artwork the way you want it. Each photograph that we produce is a combination of realtime capture overlayed with artwork created by our design team. This combination sets the mood in each photo that is distinctively yours.

Our Roving Photographer/s can also be outfitted with your company logos and clothing to promote your brand if it's a Corporate event.

*Upon payment of deposit, Happyhire Productions reserves the time and date agreed upon and will reserve a camera operator(s) for that time and date. For this reason, all payments (including deposit and subsequent payments) are non-refundable including changes of wedding date or wedding cancellation.
 
*Prior notice is required for the changes of time and date. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays at your wedding.
 
*The outstanding balance must be paid in full by the hirer 30 days prior to your event date.

*Happyhire Productions is not responsible for any individuals’ failure to be present or to co-operate during the photography sessions.

*Happyhire Productions will not be held liable for problems beyond our control, including but not limited to- bad acoustics or lighting, weather, interference from guests. 

*Happyhire will not be held liable for coverage lost due to restrictions. It is the client responsibility to secure access for coverage and to negotiate restrictions if necessary.

*In the unlikely case of death or serious injury or illness which prevents a member of the Happyhire Productions team to provide photography coverage of your event, we will make ever effort to find a suitable replacement. If you do not want to go with the replacement we have found for you or if we are unable to find a suitable replacement, you will receive a full refund including deposit less any components already used or delivered. 

*Happyhire Productions takes the utmost care in all components of this agreement. However, in the unlikely case that any components have been lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged before delivery to the client, liability is limited to the return of all payments received including deposit. 

What are things you require from the venue?

We do require 1 powerpoint and 1 trestle or folding table for the print station.




How long does it take to print a photo?

It should only take 15 seconds for a single 4x6 photo.




Do you print a table group photo?

As long as it’s within the duration of hire, your wish is our command. We would recommend finishing the table shots 30mins before the end of our service to ensure your guests receive their print copy before they leave. For 25 tables and above, we would recommend upgrading to multiple prints and adding additional printer for bulk printing.




Will my guests whose photos are taken as a group receive individual copy?

No. Basic package will just print one copy of 4x6 though you have an option to upgrade for dual prints of multiple prints for an additional cost to compensate for the consumables such as roll of ribbon and paper. Contact us for pricing.




When the printer is busy printing, can the photographer continue taking shots?

Yes, the photographer will continue taking shots while photos are being process by the assistant on the print queue.




Do I get all the photos in a DVD or USB?

Yes, all the photos will posted to your designated address within 7 days after your event. Both the ones that have the customized layout and the original photos. They will all be in high resolution.




What time do you normally arrive at the venue?

Our team arrives at the venue 60 minutes prior the event starts.




Do we have to provide meal for the photogtapher and assistant on the reception?

Yes. We are human too . We definitely require at least one main meal per crew member at your reception/venue.



 
Where do the crew sit in our reception venue?
 
Most venues have a seating area for crew. Please check with your venue to ensure we have an area where we can leave our equipment and view the evening proceedings so that we do not miss anything.




How is the payment procedure?
 
Upon booking Online, our payment method is available using PAYPAL and EWAY secure payments that links and accepts major credit cards/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex. A minimum of $100 deposit is necessary upon booking online. The rest must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event date via Electronic transfer or alternatively via credit card card such as Visa, Mastercard, or Amex with 2.9% surcharge on top using PayPal.

First, you have to check if your date is still available by giving us a call directly on 0448 999 003 or use our "Check availability feature button" on our website. Once it's available, you may now book online by selecting your desired package on our "Book Now " menu or "Book now" button below and follow the 3 steps booking process and fill up the booking form by providing all the details such as the venue, event time and more. At the end of the booking process, you just have to ensure that you put down a $100 deposit for you to receive an automated tax invoice from our website and from PayPal or Eway that confirms your payment and booking order.
