We can help you capture your entire wedding day and other wedding related events from start to finish; and you will have everything documented even if one camera misses a moment or two as we always have our second, third, and forth camera as part of the package to capture different angles. These moments and interactions are once in a lifetime so you have to make them count. Not all videograhers out there offers a multi 4 camera system on ceremony to reception and even if they do, they really charge fortune. Also, different styles of wedding videography tell your wedding stories in their own unique way. Some couples opt for a start to finish recording, some want an edit of the most emotional or dramatic moments and some want footage that covers only the wedding ceremony and reception. The options are endless. Another emergent popular style of wedding videography is a movie style video with Same Day Edit (SDE), where your wedding and related events are shot and edited in a cinematic movie style, with its own soundtrack, trailers and styling then you and your guest would be able to watch it right before your wedding reception ends. Wedding videos have to be edited to perfection for the best possible effect.

*Upon payment of deposit, Happyhire Productions reserves the time and date agreed upon and will reserve a camera operator(s) for that time and date. *The outstanding balance must be paid in full by the hirer 30 days prior to your event date.

*Happyhire Productions is not responsible for any individuals’ failure to be present or to co-operate during the photography or videography sessions. Happyhire Productions will not be held liable for problems beyond our control, including but not limited to- bad acoustics or lighting, weather, interference from guests. 

*Happyhire Productions is limited to the guidelines of the ceremony official and the reception management and all other officials. Happyhire will not be held liable for coverage lost due to restrictions. It is the client responsibility to secure access for coverage and to negotiate restrictions if necessary.

*Happyhire  Productions may offer technical recommendations but will not be made to breach the officials’ guidelines/restrictions. 

*In the unlikely case of death or serious injury or illness which prevents a member of the Happyhire Productions team to provide photography or videography coverage of your wedding, we will make ever effort to find a suitable replacement. If you do not want to go with the replacement we have found for you or if we are unable to find a suitable replacement, you will receive a full refund including deposit less any components already used or delivered. 

*Happyhire Productions takes the utmost care in all components of this agreement. However, in the unlikely case that any components have been lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged before delivery to the client, liability is limited to the return of all payments received including deposit. 
 

How long has  your Videography service been established and what type of equipment do you use to shoot?
 
Happy Hire Productions has been in the Wedding Insdustry for over 4 years now offering Photo Booths, Dry Ice Machine, Giant LOVE Sign, and DJ hire services started in 2012 where we have studied and attended various workshop for serious Wedding Film Industry from the most sought after Wedding Film Makers such Ray Roman, Jason Magbanua, and from a Practical Videography School such as ‘Shoot”. From there, we’ve have invested a decent amount of gear such as Ultra HD Fullframe mirrorless cameras, wide prime lenses to zoom, motorized gimbal, stabilizers, drone for aerial shots, audio recorders, and a lot more valued $40k in total. How many hours do your packages cover?

We have a minimum of 6 hours for as little as $1500 only to cover shoot your Entire Ceremony and parts of the Reception.
 
We also do have 9 hours video coverage for just $2000 if your budget is concern. In this package, we can cover the Bride and Groom while they are Getting Ready in a hotel, house, or in a room. The entire ceremony will also be covered and parts of the Reception.
 
Our recommended package would be the 12 hours for only $2500 where it mostly covers whole day of video shooting your Wedding from Getting Ready, Entire Ceremony, Location Shoot, and Full Reception. This is a great package for it’s price where other video companies may charge you for up to $4000 above.
 
 
 

 
What is the difference between a highlight video and full featured film?

A Highlight Video captures the best parts of your day. You will receive a 4-6 minutes video edited from two to three songs of your choice from the link selection we will give to you, the editor puts together the best and most significant parts of your day, with some audio. A Full Featured Film is a video highlight from some parts of the day from Getting Ready, your  ceremony from start to finish, location shoot and mostly the speeches from the entire reception, cutting of the cake, first dance, toast, tossing of the flower and garter, until the end of the reception. The duration of the full featured film normally last between 20 to 30 minutes.




 
What is your turnaround time for video?

Your Highlight Video is delivered within 8-12 weeks after your wedding date provided that music is provided before your wedding date though sometimes can take up to 6 months during peak season.


 



How do we receive video?

Your Highlight Video is sent in a Full HD digital link while the Full Featured Film along with the Highlight Video is sent on a customized printed DVD with leatherette USB and a custom case.
 





Who are the Videographer/s on the day?

The videographers are the owners of the Happy hire Productions to ensure smooth operation of the video production of your Wedding day from Start to Finish.  They are husband and wife team which dedicate their time and expertise to produce a high quality wedding video films.





 
We have a specific style we want our wedding shot in, can we request this?

We have our own style of video shooting/editing which are timeless, classic and authentic to the day, and we take bookings based on that. Please go through our recent wedding porffolio to ensure we are the right production company for you.  If there are specific poses or creative style you want, you can request this and send us the video link of your choice 3 weeks in advance so we could study and discuss  it with you to see if it’s doable.

How do you record your audio?

We record all our audio externally using Zoom H6 and H1, Rode Film makers kit and video mic pro. The groom and the celebrant are mic’d up during ceremony, and additional audio devices are placed around your ceremony and throughout your reception speeches for crystal clear audio recording.



 



Who chooses the music for our highlight video?


You do. The Editor/owner will email you the link to select a song before or after your wedding day asking for your three song choices. We licensed all the royalty free music for online viewing purposes to avoid copyright infringement from the original artist of the song.
 




 
Do we have to provide meal for the videographers on the reception?

Yes. We are human too. After shooting for many hours, we definitely require at least one main meal per crew member at your reception.





 
Where do the crew sit in our reception venue?

 
Most venues have a seating area for crew. Please check with your venue to ensure we have an area where we can leave our equipment and view the evenings proceedings so that we do not miss anything.





 
How is the payment procedure?
 
Upon booking Online, our payment method is available using PAYPAL and EWAY secure payments that links and accepts major credit cards/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex. A minimum of $100 deposit is necessary upon booking online. The rest must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event date via Electronic transfer or alternatively via credit card card such as Visa, Mastercard, or Amex with 2.9% surcharge on top using PayPal.

Once it's available, you may now book online by selecting your desired package on our "Book Now " menu or "Book now" button below and follow the 3 steps booking process and fill up the booking form by providing all the details such as the venue, event time and more. At the end of the booking process, you just have to ensure that you put down a $100 deposit for you to receive an automated tax invoice from our website and from PayPal or Eway that confirms your payment and booking order.
